Just fyi: you do know that you actually can't unscout someone, right? Once you scout them, they're in until an admin removes them for breaking the rules, and that's when you get in trouble for scouting them.
The whole point of the scouting system was that you took your time to evaluate if an artist was up to the quality set for the art portal; they didn't add an unscout feature to make sure that scouters thought long and hard before letting new talent into the portal.
So yeah, just think about that in the future. If you take the risk of scouting someone, you can't take it back later.
